Othello
Fire damage prompted the remodel of this 2400 sft split level residence in Seattle. As part of the remodel, the basement level was converted into a 1150 sft accessory dwelling unit which could be rented out independently. Upper unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lower unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Crossroads Residence Kitchen remodel
The kitchen of this single family residence in the Bellevue area was cut off from the lining/ dining room and had very little counter space. The walls between the living & dining room were removed to open up the kitchen. A new island provided much required storage and counter space. Wall cabinets installed at the back of the floor cabinets provide storage under the bar counter.
Newport Way Residence Remodel
The Owner wanted to use an existing out of the way family room more efficiently. The family room was between the garage and kitchen and did not contribute to the building flow. Other bedrooms in the house were small and there was only 1 common bathroom for 3 bedrooms. The family room was converted to a bedroom with an attached bathroom that is now used as a guest bedroom.
